Itera caught my fiber gap on day 28. A week later my mornings were different.
On day 28 of using Itera, a new Patterns view caught a fiber gap I hadn't noticed. I added avocado and oats. By day 35 my digestion was meaningfully better, even if I can't prove fiber alone caused it.
