ROOM TO KEEP GOING

Repeat a session.
It still counts as showing up.

Choose a previous session when you want another go. The eight-week structure gives you a next step; it does not set a finish date for your life.

The plan builds toward 30 minutes of continuous running. Your distance and pace will vary.

Before you lace up.

Is this for someone who does not run yet?

Yes. Runnie’s Couch to 5K plan begins with short running intervals between walk breaks. The first session is 30 minutes in total, with eight minutes of running spread across it. You can explore the controls in the Getting Started walkthrough without recording a workout.

Is Runnie free?

Runnie is free to download. Check the current App Store listing and in-app offer for plan access and any paid options. Free download does not mean every part of the plan is included at no cost.

Do I have to finish in eight weeks?

No. The plan has eight weeks of three sessions, but you can select and repeat a previous session. Eight weeks is the structure, not an expiry date.

Will I run 5K by the end?

The plan works toward 30 minutes of continuous running. How far you cover depends on your pace, and progress varies. A 5K result by a fixed date is not guaranteed.

Can I use it without Apple Watch?

Yes. Use Runnie on an iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Apple Watch is optional and requires watchOS 26 or later.

Is the app available in Russian?

Yes. Both English and Russian are available. The beginner plan is called Couch to 5K in English and Шагобег in Russian.

Your next step can be a walk.
